Judge in the Helipad case has ruled in favor of the City of Summit.
In a decision handed down on February 14th, Judge Karen Cassidy ruled that the City's Board of Adjustment was not
"arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable as a matter of law" in denying Atlantic Health Services the necessary site plan approval and zoning variance to build the helipad at Overlook Hospital.
